DESCRIPTION: this grappa comes from selectioned Nebbiolo from Barolo pomaces, distilled with little discontinuous, bain-marie alembycs. It's a grappa coming from the vintage 2007, defined as an "exceptional" one and it sums up all the qualities and personality features of the homonimous wine. The aromatic profile is dominated by the precious note of dried fruit, together with lower tastes of jam and citrus fruit.
PACKAGING: the bottles are serigraphied and presented in an elegant oak wooden case.
