VARIETY: Nebbiolo from Barolo.
ALCOHOL: 42% vol.

AGING: this grappa , set in the aging cellars, in little oak-casks as reported in the Cuneo Custom Office Minutes N.03 and dated 29/06/2009, obtains the appellation "Extra Aged".
DESCRIPTION: this grappa comes from selectioned Nebbiolo from Barolo pomaces, distilled with little-discontinuous bain-marie alembycs. It's a grappa coming from the vintage 2008, defined as an "exceptional" one and it sums up all the peculiarities and personality typical of the homonymous wine. Amber-coloured and extremely limpid, this grappa is smooth and quite sweet. The vintage and the aging made the aromatic profile wide and various, giving notes going from the fruity ones to the floral, together with a low honey taste.
PACKAGING: the bottles are serigraphied and presented in an elegant oak wooden case.
