DESCRIPTION: Created in strong cooperation with Paolo Marolo, this recipe of the famous chocolate born in Cherasco city is obtained mixing a fine blend of dark chocolate with 60% of cocoa-mass, with hazelnuts coming from the Langhe area, roasted and roughly cracked.
