THE VERMOUTH FOR A CONTEMPLATIVE
ENDING TO A MEAL

The Vermouth for a contemplative ending to a meal It is said that in 1786, the Savoy family drastically stopped the production of Rosolio in the entire Kingdom of Sardinia: a bottle of Vermouth has arrived at their table. Dedicated by Domenico Ulrich to King Umberto I, due to his severity and military might, this Vermouth is valued for its austerity and its drinkability, fascinating, a suitable drink for meditation or for the end of a meal. Full, vibrant and rich, it is distinguished by the bitter notes of cinchona and hyssop. Its uniqueness lies in the refinement of the botanicals: after extracting the essences, the tinctures remain in wood for 6 months to age, a technique that gives it an intense color and a wonderful balsam profile, roundness of body and velvety tannins.
