The well-known passion for the long aging led Paolo Marolo to the production of a line of “SINGLE BARREL RESERVE”, best expression of his wise art in the management of the casks. Distilled with a discontinuous bain-marie alembic, those rare grappas come from little casks and they complete their aging in six barrels of different woods, to be bottled in limited edition from a single final cask.
